Request access to the Full Trust Centre

Access to the gated Trust Centre is granted on request to customers, prospects under active due diligence, and security teams reviewing XBert. It typically takes one business day.

The public Trust Centre covers XBert’s security posture at a level designed to support first-pass procurement and due-diligence screening. The Full Trust Centre adds the operational and architectural detail that organisations need for a deeper security review, including:

  • Architecture & Design (Detailed) — full database topology, infrastructure inventory, operational escalation
  • MCP Gateway Security Overview — authentication, tenant scoping, AI agent surface, sub-processor handling, logging, and incident response for the MCP Gateway
  • Access Management Policy — Azure RBAC roles, conditional access policies, privileged-account review cadence
  • Network Monitoring & Logging Policy — monitoring stack, alert handling, log retention
  • Incident Response Plan — detection, classification, response phases, and notification procedures
  • Third-Party Vendor Management Policy — vendor tiers, assessment cadence, oversight model
  • Compliance Framework — full audit programme, risk-acceptance framework, latest assessment summary
  • Employee Security & Onboarding — staff vetting, device security, training, offboarding
  • Latest external penetration test report — available under NDA on request

Access is requested through XBert’s support channel, which routes the request to the team who manage Trust Centre access.

  1. Open the request at support.xbert.io.
  2. Start a new conversation with the subject “Trust Centre — request access”.
  3. Include:
    • Your name and work email
    • Your firm
    • Your role
    • The purpose of the review (e.g. vendor due diligence, prospective customer, active customer security review, security research)

You can also email security@xbert.io directly with the same information.

A member of the XBert team will respond — typically within one Australian business day — to confirm your access. Access is granted at the email address you provide. You will receive a confirmation message; from that point, the gated pages will open for you directly from this site after you sign in.

If your firm has a Non-Disclosure Agreement already in place with XBert, please reference it in your request. If not, XBert will share a short mutual NDA where the material being shared warrants one.

If you already have Trust Centre access and reached this page in error, sign in via Microsoft Entra and then return to the page you wanted to view.

For anything that isn’t a Trust Centre access request — for example, a sub-processor list, a copy of an executed DPA, a security questionnaire to be completed, or details of a specific control — please email security@xbert.io and we will route the request appropriately.
